House numbering needs to be clear and un cluttered • A sign indicating what units are in each individual building should be located at each of the buildings. • House numbers on row mail boxes does not work for emergency response personnel. • ERP are driving code to emergency situations and in many cases in the dark. By installing a sign at the entrances of each building, ERP will find the address quickly without wasting time. The Village: • The underground parking roadway that connects Town Center Parkway with Unit #17 has to be built so that motorists will not be tempted to take a left from the underground parking onto Town Center Parkway. The driveway should only be a right turn in only. • Addressing the plat needs to be done in a way that keeps it simple. Each building entrance should have a sign indicating what addresses are in each complex. • On street parking will have to done in a way that will not obstruct driveways and intersections. • Signage and road paint should be utilized. • Secured buildings could become a problem to law enforcement. Responding to critical call could be delayed if the police are not able to enter a locked door. Each secured building should have some sort of key or code that Police and fire can use to gain access to the building. • Surveillance cameras should be utilized in the underground parking area. • Access points to the garage should be keyed and/or proxy cards. • The traffic flow in unit #10 appears that it will follow close to the building and around a median. If the median was shortened, traffic would not have to back around within the parking lot. • Snow removal will be an issue in this development. • Snow will have to be removed and stored in areas that would not impede traffic and pedestrians.
