• <br />Water from CD25 flows to Wards Lake. The developer is proposing to fill a pond <br />in the vicinity of the existing house, fill a portion of wetland and mitigate wetland <br />replacement to the North of the existing house (Attachment 2). A letter from Rice <br />Creek Watershed disagrees with the wetland mitigation. (Attachment 6). <br />Regardless of where the wetland mitigation occurs, the developer should use the <br />City native seed specification for restoration of the ground in the pond area. <br />Options: <br />1. Recommend approval of the Junes subdivision with staff and Environmental <br />Board recommendations. <br />2. Recommend denial of the subdivision <br />Recommendation: <br />Option 1 <br />
