Record of Decision <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet <br />Pheasant Hills Preserve 12th Addition <br />City of Lino Lakes <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />draft: July 1, 2004 <br />The Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the proposed Pheasant Hills Preserve 12th <br />Addition was prepared according the MN Rules 4410. The City of Lino Lakes is the responsible <br />governmental unit for the EAW. This document and Resolution - constitute the City's <br />record of decision. <br />The EAW was filed with the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (MEQB) and circulated <br />for review and comments to the required EAW distribution list. A Notice of Availability was <br />published in the EQB Monitor on September 1, 2003. <br />The thirty -day comment period closed October 1, 2003. Written comments received from <br />agencies and citizens are summarized and responded to in this report in the section "Summaries <br />of Comments and the City's Responses ". Copies of the comments are attached to the end of this <br />document. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The proposed project, Pheasant Hills Preserve 12th Addition, is a single family detached <br />residential development located in Lino Lakes, Minnesota . The project includes eight single <br />family lots. The subject property includes 30.7 gross acres. Seven lots are proposed on an island <br />that has 4.8 acres of upland.
