As you have probably ascertained <br />for yourself:, there are many sections of this EAW with inadequate and/or missing data. <br />While some editorializing may exist on my part, that should not negate the very real <br />issues that were totally disregarded or inadequately discussed. Additionally, where I <br />commented on items that may be outside the scope of an EAW, it is in direct response to <br />information supplied within the EAW itself therefore, since the items were "put -into- <br />play" by the proposer, a response was warranted in this forum. <br />Please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish clarification on any of my comments.
