Somewhere in the Project Description section, a statement <br />should include language that states that the project is within a Shoreland <br />Management Area. <br />• Page 5, Item 9, second paragraph from the bottom, second sentence. The word <br />Project should be inserted between "The and is ". <br />• Page 6, Item 11, first paragraph, second sentence, should read "Any immediate <br />impact on wildlife populations would be due to activities associated with <br />construction such as tree cutting to be performed for the road alignment <br />and home placement and bridge construction ". <br />• Page 11, second paragraph, minimum lot area. The number 20,000 sf. should <br />be verified. <br />• Page 11, third paragraph. The paragraph should state "Although the proposed <br />project does meet lot and width requirements, it does not meet the <br />requirements for setbacks from the OHWL because the island is less than <br />300 feet wide." <br />• Page 13, item b. Wards Lake needs to be identified as in or out of the Rice <br />Creek Chain of Lakes Park. <br />• Page 1 <br />
