• • DRAFT LANDSCAPING AND AESTHETICS Entry into the site will be facilitated by a large Pylon sign at the West side of the entrance and a ground lit masonry monument identifying the development, by name, on the East side of the entrance. Upon turning into the site, a user will be visually led down the tree -lined main drive to the four -story hotel at the terminus. General site landscaping is detailed on the landscaping plan including: 1. Treated wood privacy fence at the perimeter of the property 2. Ten foot wide sodded area between fence and curb for parking lot /driveways 3. Planter islands down the main drive including Green Ash or other shade trees 4. Parking lot planter islands in Lots 2 and 3 including Flowering Crab trees 5.
