• <br />• <br />Agenda Item 5B <br />Environmental Board Meeting Date: August 31, 2005 <br />Topic: Village of Hardwood Creek/Application for Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment and PUD General Concept Plan <br />Background: The Village of Hardwood Creek representatives were at the last <br />Environmental Board Meeting to update you on the intentions of their proposed <br />development. Recall that the Village of Hardwood Creek is located east of <br />County Road 21 (20th Avenue), north of County Road 14 and west of I -35E. The <br />developer is proposing a conservation development on 362 acres of land. <br />The developer has submitted documents as part of their application for <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment and PUD General Concept Plan. <br />Analysis: Although this is a request to reguide use of the land, the submitted <br />information does offer an opportunity to give input from an environmental scope. <br />The area is in the AUAR study area.
