I -35E Corridor Final AUAR <br />Grochala stated the final AUAR had been approved by Council for final <br />distribution to the State agencies. The agencies could file for an objection until <br />the tenth day ending on Friday, October 14, 2005. Council vote for final approval <br />was set for October 24, 2005. He clarified the purpose of the AUAR that it was <br />not a land use plan or a Comprehensive Plan Amendment. It took the <br />Comprehensive Plan to a more detailed level with more analysis in sewage and <br />transportation issues. It analyzed two plans of development, when the City was <br />fully developed. MNDOT had expressed concern that the infrastructure would be <br />inadequate for Scenario 3.
