With amendment of no minutes or <br />any additions to agenda. Update as to applicants: <br />4. OPEN MIKE <br />No citizen comments were made. Closed 6:34 p.m. <br />5. ACTION ITEMS <br />No Action Items on Agenda. <br />Motion by Kukonen to amend seconded by O'Connell. <br />6. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Woods Edge Landscape Update /Comments <br />Marty commented that the city will be advertising for bids in February for the Woods <br />Edge streetscaping and lighting improvements. Bob Moberg, SEH Inc., was in <br />attendance to discuss landscape and lighting along with his representatives. <br />Mr. Moberg, introduced Julie Goller who is a landscape architect and Ken Tallion who is <br />a lighting design specialist involved with lighting plan. <br />
