deemed to alter, affect, or impair in any manner whatsoever any other portion of this instrument or any exhibit <br />attached hereto. <br />4.2 Binding Effect. The Property shall be transferred, held, sold, conveyed, and occupied subject to <br />and together with the Conservation Easement granted herein. The Conservation Easement shall be binding <br />upon all parties having any right, title or interest in the Property, their heirs, successors and assigns, and shall <br />inure to the benefit of each such parties and shall run with the land. <br />4.3 Duration. The duration of this Conservation Easement shall be perpetual. <br />4.4 Nonexclusive. The owners of any portion of the Property shall have the right to use the <br />Easement area to the extent that such use is not inconsistent with the rights granted to Grantee by this <br />instrument. <br />4.5 Title.
