PROPOSED SPOT GRADES ARE FLOWLINE FINISHED GRADE <br />ELEVATIONS. <br />B. LONGITUDINAL SLOPES OF WALKS SHALL BE 5R (MAX.) <br />AND IR (MIN.) AND 2R (MAX) CROSS SLOPE EXCEPT AS <br />SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS. <br />7. PROPOSED SLOPES SHALL NOT EXCEED 311 UNLESS <br />INDICATED OTHERWISE ON THE DRAWINGS. SLOPES GREATER <br />THAN 211 SHALL REOUIRE SURFACE ROUGHENING BY EITHER <br />.STAIRSTEP' GRADING, GROOVING, FURROWING, DR <br />TRACKING TO AVOID RUNOFF VELOCITY AND RECEIVE <br />EROSION CONTROL BLANKET. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE SEDIMENTATION AND <br />EROSION CONTROL SYSTEMS AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS <br />IN AODIOON TO OTHER MEASURES THAT MAY BE <br />NECESSARY TO PREVENT SEDIMENTATION ANO EROSION <br />CAUSED BY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE TO <br />THE CITY ORDINANCE. <br />2. THE CONTRACTOR 'MLL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR <br />MAINTAINING THE SEDIMENTATION AND EROSION CONTROL <br />SYSTEMS THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT. <br />THIS MAINTENANCE SHALL INCLUDE CLEANING AND /OR <br />REPLACING SYSTEMS THAT HAVE BECOME CLOGGED OR NO <br />LONGER FUNCTIONAL AS DETERMINED BY THE <br />ENGINEER/LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. <br />3. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT MONTHLY AND AFTER EACH <br />STORM EVENT AND REPAIR AS NECESSARY ALL EROSION <br />CONTROL MEASURES TO INSURE THE INTEGRITY OF THE <br />EROSION CONTROL SYSTEM. <br />4. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL <br />AND SATISFACTORY DISPOSAL OF ALL EROSION CONTROL <br />STRUCTURES UPON COMPLETION OF ALL WORK ANO SOIL <br />STABIU2ATION AS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER. <br />5. FURNISH AND INSTALL APPROXIMATELY 30 LF.
