ENVIRONMENTAL BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 4, 2006 <br />C. Resource Management Planning Update <br />Mr. Asleson and Mr. Husveth had a meeting with Rice Creek Watershed District <br />to review the goals of Lino Lakes. Mr. Asleson handed out a letter to the board <br />members from Emmons & Oliver Resources. <br />Mr. Husveth went over a portion of the document that was handed out. He noted <br />the area between the Chain of Lakes, the Robinson land and Behm's as well as <br />Nature's Refuge. <br />Ms. O'Dea asked if we could put this Discussion Item on our next agenda so the <br />board will have a chance to review the handout. <br />Ms. Bor asked if this fits into the storm water management plan and is to be <br />combined with the land use plan. <br />Mr. Grochala stated the whole area has been modified through the Regional Park <br />to add more open space. <br />D. Attendance Discussion <br />It was noted that Jeff McDowell has not been in attendance for quite some time. <br />The board was told by Mr. Grochala that he will be resigning. The board agreed <br />that we need to advertise for the open spot on the board as soon as possible. <br />7. ADJOURN <br />It was noted that the next meeting of the Environmental Board will be on October <br />25, 2006. <br />There being no further business, Ms. Bor has moved to adjourn at 10:10 p.m. Ms. <br />DeHaven seconded the motion.
