CALL TO ORDER <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />MARCH 28, 2007 <br />: March 28, 2007 <br />. 6:32 P.M. <br />. 8:10 P.M. <br />: Barbara Bor, Alan Traylor, Martha DeHaven, <br />Kim Brouillet, Peter Brown, Mary Jo O'Dea, <br />Paula Andrzejewski <br />: None <br />: Environmental Coordinator Marty Asleson <br />Chair O'Dea called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. Ms. O'Dea removed items 2 <br />and 3 from the agenda, as they occurred at the last meeting. <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />January 31, 2007 <br />Ms. Brouillet made the following changes: Page 2, last paragraph, delete the <br />following sentence: The site meets RCWD's standard of water. Page 3, first <br />paragraph, change to read: rain gardens instead of rain garden. Page 3, second <br />paragraph change to read: Ms. O'Dea instead of Mr. O'Dea. Page 3, ninth <br />paragraph change the word sight to site. Page 4, 4th paragraph, delete: the word <br />by. Page 4, last paragraph, change to read: 100 year flood plain instead of flood <br />plane. Page 8, Recycling Day, change to read: Arbor Day is April 27 instead of <br />Recycling day. <br />February 28, 2007 <br />Mr. Brown made a motion to approve the February 28, 2007 meeting minutes. <br />Ms. Andrzejewski seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Ms. Brouillet requested to add a discussion item regarding Stoneybrook <br />development. <br />Ms. Andrzejewski requested to add a discussion item regarding Target <br />landscaping. <br />Ms. Bor requested to add a discussion item for Comprehensive Plan updates. <br />1 DRAFT MINUTES <br />
