Preliminary Plat or draft legal document providing satisfactory <br />form and description granting ponding and flowage easements <br />over all onsite wetlands, ponds and other hydrologic features <br />(including filtration ponds). <br />6. Draft Declaration for Maintenance of Stormwater Management <br />Facilities acceptable to District engineer and attorney for <br />proposed onsite stormwater management features. <br />7. Copy of MPCA NPDES permit application. <br />8. Cash surety in the amount of $8,500 (first $5,000 cash only, <br />remainder cash or letter of credit). <br />Stipulations: 1. An as -built survey of all stormwater <br />management BMPs (ponds, rain gardens, <br />trenches, swales, etc.) is to be submitted to the <br />District for verification of compliance with the <br />approved plans before return of the surety. <br />Emmons & Olivier Resources, Inc. <br />2. The replacement wetland approved as part of <br />this permit shall be constructed concurrent or <br />prior to any wetland fill activity. <br />3. The Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants <br />for Replacement Wetland shall be properly <br />filed and recorded prior to any wetland fill <br />activity, with proof of recording furnished to <br />the District. <br />4. The permittee shall submit a monitoring report <br />on the replacement wetland to RCWD which <br />includes the information specified in <br />Minnesota Rules 8420.0620 each year for five <br />years following completion of the replacement <br />wetland. The report shall be submitted no <br />later than November 15 of each year. <br />5. District Inspector to be contacted for pre - <br />construction meeting prior to grading. <br />6.
