The City <br />of Lino Lakes is a finalist in the 2007 awards <br />competition in the category of Green Building <br />and Development for its proactive, citizen- <br />driven environmental review process of the <br />I-35E Corridor. The Alternative Urban <br />Areawide Review (AUAR) assessed the impact <br />of development on sensitive natural resource <br />areas and provided a mitigation plan for pro- <br />tecting these areas, as well as documenting and <br />Thirning for infrastructure needs and improve- <br />ments.
