• <br />Conservation Easement <br />Moon Marsh <br />THIS CONSERVATION EASEMENT is made, granted and conveyed this day of <br />2007, by names of owners of site , (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor "): <br />1. xxx hereby grants and conveys onto the City of Lino Lakes a <br />permanent non - exclusive easement for conservation purposes over, across, through <br />and upon the following described premises ( the "Conservation Easement Area" ) <br />situated in Anoka County, Minnesota to wit: <br />2. The location of the Conservation Easement Area is described as follows: <br />An easement for conservation purposes over, under and across <br />Outlot C, Outlot D, and Outlot E, MOON MARSH, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />AND <br />Those portions of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, MOON MARSH, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, lying southwesterly, westerly, and northwesterly of the following <br />described line: <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence South 01 degree 12 <br />minutes 00 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Lot 1, a <br />distance of 140.07 feet; thence southwesterly, along a tangential curve to the <br />right having a radius of 220.00 feet, a central angle of 20 degrees 21 minutes <br />31 seconds, and length of 78.17 feet to the point of beginning of described <br />line; thence North 66 degrees 57 minutes 14 seconds West, a distance of <br />127.07 feet; thence North 01 degree 12 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of <br />242.71 feet; thence North 22 degrees 53 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance <br />of 137.56 feet; thence North 28 degrees 36 minutes 16 seconds East, a <br />distance of 89.81 feet to the northeasterly line of said Lot 2 and said line there <br />terminating. <br />For purposes of this easement, there shall be no mowing, lawn chemicals, construction, disposal of <br />yard wastes, general dumping, excavation, or development or improvements within the easement <br />area and that the easement area shall be left in a natural state. The City of Lino Lakes or other public <br />entity, in cooperation with the Grantor, their successors or assigns ( "Landowner "), may conduct <br />environmental restoration and management activities within the Conservation Easement Area. Prior <br />to such activity, the City or other public entity shall confer with and acquire the permission of the <br />Landowner. <br />
