You are directed to make the following changes in the Contract Documents: i Purpose of Change Order: Add quantities for work completed that was not part of the original contract as follows: 1. Payment for changed conditions required for storm sewer extension at Arrowhead Drive Trail due to channel clearing, clearing, muck excavation, fill and revised pipe sizing to match existing storm sewer. To be paid by deletion of contract quantities and payment of contractors invoice for work performed. 2. Provide site grading, paving and restoration quantities for basketball court at the Pheasant Hills park and basketball court and play area at Rice Lake Estates park. To be paid as equipment rental and extension of applicable unit prices. 3. Required subgrade corrections of trail base through wetland area in Rice Lake Estates park. To be paid as time and materials.
