EXHIBIT A <br />A permanent easement for drainage, utility and ponding purposes, over, under and <br />across the following described parcel: <br />That part of the west 660.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, <br />lying south of the north 500 feet, and north of the south 500 feet <br />thereof; and that part of the west 500 feet of the south 500 feet of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter Tying easterly of the <br />following described line; Commencing at the southwest corner of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence easterly along the <br />south line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance <br />of 320 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be described; <br />thence northerly at a right angle 500 feet and there terminating, now <br />known as Lot 16, AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NO. 134, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, except road, subject to easement of record. <br />Said permanent easement for drainage, utility and ponding purposes being that part of <br />the above described parcel lying south of a line being 300.00 feet northerly of as <br />measured at right angles to and parallel with the south line of the Southeast Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, Except <br />that part which lies within a 100 foot wide strip of land being 50 feet wide on each <br />side of the following described center line: <br />Commencing at the South Quarter corner of said Section 8, Township <br />31 North, Range 22 West; thence on an assumed bearing of West along <br />the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a <br />distance of 836.79 feet to the point of beginning of the center line to be <br />described; thence northeasterly 1124.51 feet along the arc of a non <br />tangential curve concave to the southeast having a central angle of 78 <br />degrees 42 minutes 57 seconds and a radius of 818.51 feet, the long <br />chord of which bears North 67 degrees 05 minutes 31 seconds East, <br />1038.14 feet; thence South 73 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East, a <br />distance of 221.72 feet more or less, to the center line of Lake Drive and <br />said center line there terminating. <br />Said permanent easement contains 45,510 square feet, more or less. <br />
