The City agrees to pay for all expenses for this transaction including title <br />insurance commitment fees, state deed tax, recording fees, and any other <br />miscellaneous fees or expenses that would be incurred in completing the <br />terms and conditions of this agreement. <br />6. Notices. All notices required herein shall be in writing and delivered <br />personally or mailed to the address as shown in this paragraph, and, if mailed, are <br />effective as of the date of mailing. The closing on the transfers of the real estate shall take place <br />on or before March 1, 1999. <br />10. This agreement shall apply to and bind the heirs, executors, <br />administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties. <br />11. Additional Compensation.
