Council Member <br />adoption. <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99 -33 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN OPTION AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF LINO LAKES AND THE BLAINE AMERICAN LEGION <br />WHEREAS, the city is the legal owner of certain real property in the County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, specifically, Lot 15, Block 2, Carole's Estates 2nd Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the city is vacating this property and anticipates it eventual sale; and <br />WHEREAS, the Blaine American Legion is interested in purchasing the property if <br />outstanding issues can be resolved. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Administrator are <br />authorized to execute an option agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and the Blaine <br />American Legion for Lot 15, Block 2, Carole's 2nd Addition, Anoka County, State of <br />Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of April, 1999. <br />Kimberly A.
