Body Works Gym, LLC.
Kathy a David McDonald
♦*♦
780 Lois Lane • Lino Lakes, MN 55014 • (651) 784 -3589
Email dmkm@gte.net
March 31, 1999
Local Residents on Lois Lane
Dear Neighbor,
The city of Lino Lakes has asked us to write to you about the proposed business plan we have presented to them for
approval. If you have any questions regarding this matter or have any objections or other concerns, please feel free
to contact either myself or my wife at the address (or number above) or you may contact city hall direct at (651)
464 -5562.
Our plan proposed to the city of Lino Lakes, is to remodel our existing building and open up a private free - weight
gym. We are awaiting approval to add on an addition to the existing building to accommodate for more workout
area and changing rooms. Since this is in our neighborhood, plans are to also include the removal of the steel
siding (north and east side) and replace this with a beige vinyl siding trimmed in brown for a business look and
cosmetic purposes to the general public. Also, if we can obtain the proper approvals from the power company,
(who owns easement rights through our land) we plan to asphalt the remainder of our property to the east to
accommodate parking and again for cosmetic purposes. This will by no means hender or refuse back access to the
park.
Again, if you have any questions please feel free to make contact or attend the City Counsel meeting on April 14.
Thank you for taking the time out to read this. We will keep the area posted as we come closer to the opening day.
Sincerely,
Kathy & David McDonald
