Liquor Ordinance <br />May 19, 1998 <br />page 12 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-38 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR LIQUOR LICENSES IN <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes may grant licenses for intoxicating liquor as <br />regulated by Chapter 700 of the City Code; <br />THEREFORE, the Lino Lakes City Council hereby establishes the following fee <br />schedule: <br />The annual fee for liquor licenses shall be as follows: <br />Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars for an On -Sale License; <br />Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars for an On -Sale Wine License; <br />One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for an Off -Sale License; <br />One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for a Club License; <br />Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars for a combination license; and <br />Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for an On -Sale Sunday License. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 199_ <br />Kimberly A.
