It has been
great benefit for ma to park there when I am off the road and haw been so grateful for the
convenience afforded me.
When I arrived home this past weekend I was greeted with a notice on the door of the Oasis
Market that my truck was no longer welcOrr>e. It is a difficult enough lob to be away without
having to deal with the politics at dry hall when you finally arrive horns.
Without trucks moving products across our nation, supplies would no longer get to factories,
production lines would shut down, lobe would be last and commerce would grind to a halt,
Are you aware that if you own an kern, a truck delivered it?
Granted, there are bad apples in every basket, but to punish law abiding, hard working, decent
individuals because some people choose to "relieve thansetves ", does that mean we all need to
have our privilege to park denied?
I have questions about Items of concern fisted in the Cued Press:
1. How many times has the Uno Lakes Police Department been called
with reports of drug deals, loud noises, and persons relieving themselves???
Did these only Involve truck drivers Or their units??
2. What are these urns individuals filing complaint. planning to do now that
the Lino Lakes Police Department is nearby and there are sirens
wailing everytlme they are called for an emergency?
3. The article refers to 10 trailers parked over the Memorial holiday. Did all
these have reefer unite running or were they quietly sitting on location?
I thank you for giving me a chance to voice my concerns on this matter. I would suggest you
permit the Oasis MarketrArnoco station to have extended truck parking.
Sincerely,
( 6tlltiEt4.
Cherie. S.
