On June 28, the City Council adopted Resolution No <br />99-48 directing staff to prepare an ordinance authorizing the sale of Lot 15, Block <br />2, Carole's Estates 2"d Addition to the Blaine American Legion for $50,000 plus <br />any applicable assessments. <br />The ordinance is attached. First reading occurred on July 12, 1999. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Second Reading of Ordinance No. 19-99 authorizing the sale of a <br />one -acre parcel of city -owned property to the Blaine American Legion. <br />2. Return to staff for modification. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve First Reading of Ordinance No 19 -99 authorizing the sale of a one- <br />acre parcel of city -owned property to the Blaine American Legion. <br />
