Assist. <br />With reference to your letter of 3/18/99, we have reviewed our permit file for this <br />•development, completed a field inspection, and offer the following comments relative to <br />the request for easement vacation. <br />Our permit file confirms that the easement area was designated for compensatory flood <br />storage. We would therefore recommend that no portion of the easement be vacated <br />unless another area within the development is acquired, graded and placed under <br />easement to assure compensatory storage in accordance with the RCWD permit <br />conditions.
