It is our understanding the Rice Creek Watershed District will be reviewing this <br />matter at their October 13, 1999, Board meeting. We are requesting that the Public Hearing be <br />continued until October 25, 1999. Detailed information on this matter which incorporates the <br />Rice Creek Watershed District comments will be presented at a future City Council meeting. <br />
