A plat drawing must be submitted with all required easements and dedications shown. <br />The accompanying signature page must include all property interests. <br />15. Complete title information shall be submitted and obtain approval from the City <br />Attorney. <br />16. A developer's agreement shall be completed including financial securities. <br />17. In accordance with standard City policy, no site work shall begin on the site before <br />the developer's agreement is complete. <br />18. The final plat shall not be signed by the City and no site work shall begin until <br />conditions 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 are fulfilled. The other conditions shall be <br />met before a building permit is issued. <br />19. This conditional approval of the final plat is effective for two weeks from the date of <br />approval. If all conditions are not met in that time, the approval expires. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve final plat with conditions listed in report. <br />2. Return to staff to allow applicant to fulfill standard submittal requirements before <br />final plat approval. <br />3. Deny final plat approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Options 1 or 2 <br />
