JkN.- 05- 98(MON) 15:26 * * * * * *xx * * * *w * *xx * ** <br />TEL:612 421 9511 P. 001 <br />RECORDING SECRETARY SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made between CARLA WIRTH, d/b /a as TIMESAVER <br />OFF SITE SECRETARIAL ( "TOSS ") and the CITY OF LINO LAKES, 1189 Main Street, <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota ( "Lino Lakes "). <br />Lino Lakes wishes to employ TOSS to act as recording secretary of all Lino Lakes <br />Planning Commission meetings during the term of this Agreement, and such special <br />meetings of its Committees as Lino Lakes shall request of TOSS from time to time. <br />IT IS THEREFORE AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Recording Secretary. TOSS is hereby retained and appointed to provide a <br />competent, experienced and professional recording secretary to appear at and <br />attend, record, transcribe, and submit minutes of all regular Lino Lakes <br />Planning Commission meetings and, as requested of TOSS by Lino Lakes <br />from time to time, special meetings of its Committees. Minutes of each <br />meeting on hard copy and diskette shall be prepared and submitted within five <br />(5) working days after each meeting to the Planning Coordinator of Lino <br />Lakes, or to other such officer as the City Manager or Lino Lakes City <br />Council may designate from time to time. <br />2. Equipment. Lino Lakes shall provide for each meeting at the meeting site all <br />tape recording equipment required to record the minutes of the meeting. <br />TOSS shall provide all equipment and materials necessary to transcribe and <br />prepare the minutes and to take shorthand minutes at the meeting. <br />3. TOSS Charges. TOSS shall be paid for its services as recording secretary for <br />each meeting as follows: <br />a. Twenty -one ($21.00) dollars per hour for time attending meetings, and <br />fifteen (15) minutes prior to Call to Order and fifteen (15) minutes <br />following Adjournment with a one (1) hour minimum; and <br />b. Nine dollars ($9.00) for each page of minutes prepared from shorthand <br />notes of the recording secretary as draft minutes for submission to and <br />the review and comment of Lino Lakes for their preparation of final <br />minutes. <br />
