The amendment has been revised to respond to <br />comments made by the Planning and Zoning Board at their 14 January and 11 February <br />meetings. <br />The following is a summary of changes made from the previous draft amendments dated <br />4 December 1997 and 2 February 1998: <br />1. The definition of "short -wave radio transmitting and receiving antenna" has been <br />expanded to reference citizen band radios. <br />2. An administrative permit section has been added. The section establishes that the <br />Zoning Administrator must approve or deny permit applications within 30 days of <br />application submission. At the Planning Commission's suggestion, the previously <br />included "certification of taxes paid" provision has been deleted. <br />3. The general standards for antennas (Section 3, Subd. 15.B) have been revised to <br />address the following: <br />a. The previous reference to tower locations on non - conforming lots has been <br />eliminated. <br />b.
