Our general expertise lies in the area of <br />assessment and development of both individuals and organizations. Since our founding in <br />1967 by Drs. Marvin Dunnette of the University of Minnesota and Wayne Kirchner of 3M, <br />we have evaluated the competence of over 10,000 applicants for managerial and executive <br />positions.
