According to the Lino Lakes EDA by -taws, the EDA elects a President, Vice <br />President, Secretary, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer each year. The offices <br />of president, vice president and treasurer must be held by members of the <br />Authority. In 1997 former Mayor John Landers was president of the EDA, Sally <br />Kuether was vice president and Andy Neal was treasurer. <br />The office of secretary currently is held'by"Mary Divine. Marilyn Anderson is <br />Assistant Treasurer. <br />The position of executive director had been held by the city administrator. This <br />position does not have to be reappointed annually, but an appointment will have <br />to be made to replace Randy Schumatlier. <br />Staff:no:pests that a new.p resident,. vice .president and _treasurer. be .elected. <br />tonght. The EDA also needs to appoint a new executive director, secretary and <br />assistant treasurer. Staff recommends the executive director position continue to <br />be the interim city ariinistrator, and that Mary Divine and Marilyn Anderson <br />retain their positions. <br />CARTONS« <br />1.
