(AGENDA ITEM NO. 8B <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 4,1997 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DATE December 4, 1997 <br />TIME STARTED 7:05 p.m. <br />TIME ENDED 9:15 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT Mayor Landers, Council Members Bergeson, <br />Kuether, Neal <br />MEMBERS ABSENT Council Member Lyden <br />Staff members present: City Administrator, Randy Schumacher. <br />Mayor Landers opened the meeting and requested the Council to close the meeting for the <br />purpose of conducting the annual review of the City Administrator. <br />City Administrator Randy Schumacher presented information regarding projects and <br />programs in 1997. <br />The City Council filled out individual performance reviews which Mayor Landers <br />collected and tabulated. Mayor Landers requested that this issue be placed on the next <br />agenda for action. <br />The City Council closed the review session and reopened the public meeting at 9:10 p.m. <br />The regular meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m. <br />The minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular March 23, 1998 City <br />Council meeting. <br />Marilyn G.
