The outside garage dimensions <br />are 20 feet by 20 feet. We plan on using it for storage of lawn/snow removal equipment <br />and other items that are not used very often (ex. Christmas decorations). The attached <br />map shows the location highlighted in orange. It will be place approximately 25 feet north <br />of the existing structure and set back in about 5 feet from the west edge of the building. <br />We would like to have the garage moved onto the location by May 4, 1998 and our plan is <br />to paint it to match the existing color of the main building.. <br />Legal Description of Property: (Meets and Bounds Description) The E 620.72 ft. of W <br />1120 ft.
