The ordinance amendment removes the duties now assigned to the <br />Environmental Board. There have been no changes, additions or corrections to the <br />ordinance since the FIRST READING. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Adopt a motion approving the SECOND READING of Ordinance No. 03 - 98. <br />2. Return to staff for further information. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option No. 1 <br />
