Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 64 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT and CALL HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT - APOLLO DRIVE, PHASE 3. WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 11, 1997 a report has been prepared by SEH, Inc., with reference to the improvement of Apollo Drive by constructing street, curb and gutter and storm sewer, and this report was received by the council on May 11, 1998, and, WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $520,000. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 8' day of June, 1998, in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
