Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />was duly held at the City Hall in Lino Lakes on Monday, the 8th day <br />of June, 1998, at o'clock P.M. <br />The following councilmembers were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE <br />OF $3,000,000 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS <br />(MOLIN CONCRETE PRODUCTS PROJECT) SERIES 1998 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote <br />being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />921019.2 <br />
