The liquor license at Lakes Liquors was discussed. The property owner is delinquent in property taxes payments. The City Code requires that all financial obligations to the City be paid before the license can issued or renewed. Since the liquor license holder is not the owner of the property, his license is in jeopardy through no fault of his own.) B.
