Schedule <br />The Lake Drive Trunk Utility construction is scheduled as follows: <br />• Advertise to Receive Bids June 30, 1998 <br />• Receive Bids July 22, 1998 <br />• Award Contract July 27, 1998 <br />• Preconstruction Meeting August 3, 1998 <br />• Construction Begins August 17, 1998 <br />• Estimated Construction Completion September 30, 1998 <br />Financing <br />The City will pay for the project through special assessments following Lino Lakes Improvement <br />Policy. Special assessments will be received when service connections are made. Interim funding <br />will come from the City's Area and Unit Fund. <br />The estimated project construction cost is $792,000.00. The associated engineering expenses for the <br />entire project are estimated to be $230,000.00. The estimated total project cost is estimated to be <br />$1,022,000.00, not including easement acquisition. <br />Options <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution 98 -90 approving plans and specifications and ordering the advertisement <br />to receive bids for the Lake Drive Trunk Utility Project. <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that Resolution 98 -90 be adopted. <br />
