Council Member Dahl introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 98 -97 <br />A RESOLUTION ADDING THE CODE OF CONDUCT FOUND IN CHAPTER <br />214 OF THE CITY CODE TO THE CITY OF LINO LAKES PERSONNEL <br />POLICY <br />WHEREAS, A Code of Conduct currently exists in chapter 214 of the City Code, and <br />applies to all elected officials and employees, and <br />WHEREAS, most employees4o not use, or read the City Code on a regular baisis, and <br />WHEREAS, Issues relating to personnel should be located in the Personnel Policy <br />NOW, THERFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby enters into .the Personnel Policy the attached code of conduct. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd Day of June, 1998. <br />.,. <br />M. yn G. derson, Clerk/Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof Dahl, Lyden, Sullivan. <br />
