COUNCIL MINUTES OCTOBER 14, 1996 <br />Consideration of Resolution No. 96 -142, Vacating a Portion of Drainage Easement, Lot 11, <br />Block 1, Lino Air Park North <br />Council Member Kuether moved to adopt Resolution No. 96 - 142, as presented. Council <br />Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 96 - 142 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENTS FOR 1996 <br />Resolution No. 96 -131, Adopting Assessment, Behm's Century Farm <br />Mr. Ahrens explained that this public hearing is required in connection with the assessment roll <br />for the Behm's Century Farm project. This project is located on the north side of Lilac Street, off <br />Thomas Street and the Lino Lakes Air Park. The assessments are summarized as follows: <br />Trunk sewer area and unit charges <br />Trunk water area and unit charges <br />Wear course <br />Surface water management fund <br />Total assessment to Behm's Century Farms is $417,108.95. <br />Mayor Landers opened the public hearing at 7:42 P.M. <br />There being no public input, Council Member Kuether moved to close the public hearing at 7:43 <br />P.M. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to adopt Resolution No. 96 - 131, as presented. Council <br />Member Lyden seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 96 - 131 can be found at the end of these minutes. <br />Resolution No. 96 -132, Adopting Assessment, Clearwater Creek, Phase I - Mr. Ahrens <br />explained that this public hearing is relative to assessment to the Clearwater Creek Phase I <br />development located immediately east of Otter Lake Road and south of Cedar Street. The <br />assessment is based on the following: <br />Street and street drainage - $54,263 for future improvements to Cedar St. <br />Area and unit charges for sewer and water <br />Wear course fund <br />Surface water management and planning <br />Total project assessment is $419,691.99. <br />Mayor Landers opened the public hearing at 7:46 P.M. <br />There being no public input, Council Member Lyden moved to close the public hearing at 7:47 <br />P.M. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />7 <br />
