Council Member <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 -106 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT A STATE OF EMERGENCY EXISTS IN <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has sustained severe losses of substantial <br />proportion, caused by a severe thunderstorm with straight line winds <br />which occurred on June 26, 1998; and <br />WHEREAS, the cost of recovery from this natural disaster is beyond the resources <br />available within the City of Lino Lakes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that I Kimberly A. Sullivan, Mayor of the <br />City of Lino Lakes declare that a state of emergency exists in the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of July, 1998. <br />Kimberly A.
