A total of two responsive bids were received. North Valley, <br />Inc. submitted the lowest bid in the amount of $235,414.50. The bids were checked for <br />mathematical accuracy and the tabulation is enclosed. A minor error was found in the <br />North Valley bid which changed their total bid to $235,414.00. The engineer's estimate <br />was $329,346.50. <br />Neither OSM nor the City has worked with North Valley Inc on a project. We have checked <br />references for North Valley for this type of work.
