The total area to be <br />acquired from their property is 3.17 acres. At the rate of $1.00 per square foot, this <br />would result in compensation of $138,085.20. The rate of $1.00 is what we have <br />been paying other property owners in the area. Would you please present this to the <br />City Council along with a map showing the areas that we will be acquiring. If the <br />agreement is accepted by the City Council, the eminent domain appeal will be <br />dismissed and we will conclude this transaction within a matter of a few weeks. <br />rel <br />William G.
