AGENDA ITEM 3 C <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Mari► Kay Wyta <br />DATE: 8/18/98 <br />TOPIC: Final Plat & Interim MUSA Reserve Alloy cation <br />Preserve 9th Addition <br />BACK ROUND <br />The preliminary, plat for Pheasant Hills Preserve was approved by the City in the <br />early 1990's. This request for Final Plat involves Phase 9 which is located in the <br />north/west comer of the development. The area consists of 15.75 acres for a <br />total of 15 lots. The property is Zoned R•1X Single Family Executive. <br />The City has received a signed Development Agreement and financial <br />guarantees covering this phase of development. Utility work is currently <br />underway and the City Attorney is reviewing the title work. Staff would <br />recommend approval of the Final Plat and the allocation of 15.75 acres of Interim <br />MUSA Reserve. This allocation will leave a balance of 53.36 acres of MUSA <br />Reserve in our MUSA Bank. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Final Ptat for Pheasant Hills Preserve 9th Addition <br />2. Approve allocation of 15.75 acres of Interim MUSA Reserve <br />3. Return to staff for further consideration <br />Option 1 and 2 <br />
