Petition. All residents living on the street or block in <br />which the activity is planned, must sign on the last page of <br />this application indicating they consent or do not object to <br />the block party. <br />2. Barricades. Applicants shall be responsible for placement, <br />maintenance and removal of barricades to be provided by the <br />City in proper locations, such barricades to be left by the <br />City on one corner of the block.
