Council Member introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10-98 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABLE FRANCHISE ORDINANCE NO. 83- <br />08, ARTICLE II, SECTION 4, FRANCHISE TERM <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 83 -08, Article 2, Section 4, Franchise Term, is <br />hereby amended to read: <br />Section 4.04 Franchise Term <br />This Franchise shall commence upon the effective date of the regular <br />certificate of confirmation issued by Board shall expire on March 18, 1999 unless <br />terminated sooner as hereinafter provided. <br />SECTION 2.
