This data will be <br />supplied to Zimmerman/Volk Associates, Inc. (ZVA) to assist them in their housing analysis for <br />traditional neighborhood development. In addition, Maxfield Research will provide data on the <br />average value of home resales. For each subdivision/development, information will be provided <br />on <br />location <br />number of lots /units <br />month/year marketing began <br />home styles /number of bedrooms <br />square footage <br />unique features and amenities <br />buyer profiles /origin/employment <br />base pricing <br />price per square foot <br />lot sizes <br />number of lots /units sold, <br />absorption rate <br />number of builders in subdivision <br />names of builders /developers <br />A minimum of 25 projects will be surveyed, including townhomes and single- family develop- <br />ments. Brochures /marketing materials on each project will be provided to ZVA, Inc. to assist <br />them with their work. Information collected will be presented in a tabular format for ZVA, Inc. <br />and copies of the information will be provided to the City. In addition, Maxfield Research Inc. <br />will provide a narrative text on overall trends in the Twin Cities for -sale housing market and in <br />particular, distinctive characteristics on the Lino Lakes housing market.
