The P & Z concurred that construction should be simultaneous (house <br />and garage /pole building) thereby requiring no variance. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of this site plan review <br />to allow the relocation of a single family home onto the property at the <br />south /west corner of Birch Street and Centerville Road on a 7 -0 vote with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Proper building permits are obtained for all construction and the home <br />is located to as to conform to all City rules and regulations and the <br />Uniform Building Code. <br />2. The applicant connect to City Water, if practical. (A water line exists <br />along Birch Street). <br />3. Prior to occupancy, the following improvements shall be made: <br />a. reroof <br />b. re- insulate <br />c. re- stucco <br />d. replace windows <br />e. replace stairway to basement <br />4. An access permit is obtained from Anoka County. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Houle were present and concurred with the above <br />recommendations. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve site plan review with conditions outlined above. <br />2. Return to staff for further consideration. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option 1 <br />
