AGENDA ITEM 5H <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: <br />DATE <br />Brian Wessel <br />12/21/98 <br />TOPIC: Consideration of Resolution No. 98 -180 <br />Approving the amended and restated assessment agreement between F&G, Inc. <br />and the Lino Lakes EDA <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This resolution approves a modified assessment agreement that was entered <br />into by the EDA with F &G, Inca (Lino Lakes Business Center Phases 20 3, and 4. <br />Their first agreement, -vi hich-establishes -a minimum-market value for their <br />development in the Apollo Busines Park, lists the first two buildings completed. <br />The third building is now complete and a modified assessment agreement needs <br />to be completed to reflect the increase in value. The EDA entered into a <br />modified agreement with the- company- and -this resolution approves that <br />agreement. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve 'Resolution No. 98 -180 <br />2.
