CORRECTED <br />AGENDA ITEM 1F <br />Council Member Gedt u0 introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-51 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 09-40 <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 09-40 authorized the transfer of funds from the Drug Forfeiture <br />Fund to the Crime Prevention Account for the purchase of office equipment, and <br />WHEREAS, funding for this purchase has become available through a payment from <br />Century College, and <br />WHEREAS, the original transfer is no longer needed and the budget should instead be <br />amended to reflect the additional revenue. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 09-40 is hereby amended with <br />the following budget amendment being adopted: <br />Increase Increase <br />Crime Prevention (101 - 420 -4214 -000) $3,000.00 <br />Police Other Revenue (101- 3422 -000) <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of July 2009. <br />Bartell, Ci , Clerk <br />$3,000.00 <br />JohnJerges , M or <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member1tz -and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />C;aLI , 5- fottz, 5'17ovwtett, 'Reinert , I3erleso, <br />The following voted against same: i_ <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
